Hey Members,
I just posted the first Teen-Fortress.com Bible Reading Plan. I know that many Christians today (especially young ones) don't spend enough time reading God's Word. This is a HUGE problem, because as the the Bible says, God's Word is a lamp unto our feet and a light unto our paths(Ps. 119:11). And without that light, how will we know where to go?
I've noticed that one good way to combat this insufficient Bible Reading, is to use Bible Reading plans. That's why I've posted a Bible Reading plan in the Members' Lounge. Every member who would like to, can take part in this Bible Reading plan. I'll post dates on the newly updated Calendar in the Lounge so that we can read together. That way, we can discuss the passages that we're reading in the "Bible Reading Plan" Topic in the Forums.
To start, I've chosen the book of Ecclesiastes. I was reading some of it myself, and I see that it's a very interesting book that, in my opinion, seems good for discussion. It's also not very long, which is why the period I hope for us to finish it in is just 20 days. I'm sure it won't be hard for anyone to keep up with this plan because kept the daily passages short.
I'm studying this book in depth right now so that when we read it together, I'll be able to answer as many of your questions as accurately as possible.
Lemme know what you guys think of these new updates in the comments section below.
Bye! God bless!

Hey Members!
I think by now most of you had already tested your Bible knowledge with the previous Bible Quiz: "Who am I?". That's why I thought it was about time for a new Bible Quiz.
But something I, and I'm sure a lot of you guys, have noticed is that every year at Christmas time, they world seems to be focusing more and more on getting material things and on Santa Claus and less and less on Jesus Christ, the one whose birthday we're supposed to be celebrating.
Just imagine how lame it must make Jesus feel when on the day that we say is a day to celebrate His birth, God's gift to us, we focus on getting, getting, getting. And when we do get what we wanted, we thank Santa as if he had anything at all to do with it.
This Christmas, let's focus on thanking God for sending His Son to this earth to give us all a chance at eternal life. Let's follow His example and be willing to give to others without expecting anything in return.
And while you're giving gifts to those around you, don't forget to give something to the Birthday Boy!
Check out the Bible Quiz page to take the Bible Quiz: Christmas Edition. Read the Bible passages about Jesus' birth and take the quiz to freshen up your knowledge on the story of Jesus' birth.
Heads up!
Check back here on Christmas Eve and on Christmas Day for the Christmas Arcade! I'll post some of my favorite online games on those days for any members or visitors to enjoy.
I'm sure it's gonna be fun!
See you guys later!
Have a Merry Christmas!
